Even after a total of 100 years of company history, the FRICKE Group is one of the most important training companies in the Elbe-Weser region. In 2023, a total of 84 young people throughout Germany opted for an apprenticeship or dual study programme at the long-established company. This means that in its anniversary year, the FRICKE Group recorded a new record total in the area of training with 269 trainees and dual students.
The high regard for vocational training is a tradition in the FRICKE Group. For the Heeslingen-based family business, this includes above all a modern and varied training programme. During their training in the internationally successful trading group, the trainees and dual students not only get to know different departments and companies, but also have the opportunity to gain practical experience at one of the many locations abroad. The chance to work for several weeks in other European countries or at locations in the USA or India opens up exciting new life experiences for the young people in addition to numerous practical experiences. With the trainee exchange between FRICKE Landmaschinen in Lower Saxony and FRICKE Landtechnik in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, the group of companies also offers the technical trainees exciting opportunities to think outside the box.
Beyond the professional side, the FRICKE Group also offers its trainees and dual students many other benefits. The regular trainee events organised by the family-owned company are particularly popular with young colleagues. From a joint barbecue with the management to a visit to the festival on Ferdinands Feld in Rotenburg as a thank you to the trainees and dual students for their contribution to the 100-year anniversary, the FRICKE Group always comes up with something new for the skilled workers of tomorrow.

Pupils who are interested in an apprenticeship or dual study programme at the FRICKE Group from 2024 onwards can once again obtain detailed information about the range of apprenticeships on offer at the FRICKE Group's Apprentice Info Day. In addition to representatives from the specialist departments, trainees and dual students will also report on their everyday life at the FRICKE Group. In addition, those interested will receive valuable application tips and deeper insights into the family business. The event will take place on 22 September between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. at the FRICKE Group's site in Heeslingen. The group of companies is still accepting applications for the 2023 training year and thus also offers latecomers the chance of an attractive apprenticeship.
