For years, the FRICKE Group has been known throughout the Elbe-Weser region for its employee events. After almost three years of a forced break from Corona, such an event took place again on 1 July at the company's headquarters in Heeslingen in the best weather. With a big summer party, the management thanked the employees for their great commitment over the past years. More than 1,300 employees from all over Germany accepted the invitation to come to Heeslingen.
Under the motto "HEAT WAVE by FRICKE", the company transformed the forecourt of its main building in the style of a festival. With palm trees, food trucks, summer cocktails with the company's own FRICKE grain, a shooting gallery and other attractions, the Heeslingen-based family business knew how to entertain its employees. The message from the Managing Director of the FRICKE Group, Hans-Peter Fricke, to the employees on this evening was clear: "You have earned it!"
The musical kick-off in Heeslingen was provided by the drum combo "Drum the World" from Hamburg. Scooter frontman H. P. Baxxter was the top act of the evening, ensuring a full dance floor. With classics such as "Endless Summer" and "God Save the Rave", he got the FRICKE group, who partied together until late into the night, really fired up.
