Heeslingen, December 4, 2019 - Cojali, a world leading manufacturer of multi-brand diagnostic systems for commercial, agricultural and construction vehicles, and GRANIT PARTS, one of Europe's leading wholesalers of spare parts in the heavy duty sector, are strengthening their cooperation. The fruitful cooperation with Cojali will be further developed and put on a contractual basis.
The focus of the cooperation is the expansion of networked technologies for the workshop sector. In addition to diagnostics, the focus for 2020 will be on the promotion of multi-brand telematics systems with remote diagnosis options and isobus connection solutions between tractors and trailed equipment.
Access to information and to vehicles will become increasingly important for specialist workshops in the future. GRANIT PARTS and Cojali, by intensifying their cooperation in this segment, are jointly developing new tools to strengthen the future viability of workshops.
The expansion of a successful cooperation
GRANIT PARTS and Cojali have been working closely together in the field of multi-brand diagnostics in agricultural engineering since the summer of 2017. An important part of the successful cooperation since then is the training of competent technical advisors for the Jaltest diagnostic systems. GRANIT PARTS is thus able to offer its customers well-founded specialist advice and training opportunities for diagnostic systems. This courageous investment has led to a positive sales development for both companies in the years 2018 and 2019.
Among other things, the addition of construction machinery spare parts to the GRANIT PARTS range with the introduction of catalogue 15 at the end of 2018 has led to a sharp increase in demand for multi-brand diagnostic systems for construction machinery. A similar development is also expected in the area of combustion engine powered forklift trucks and industrial trucks.
