Training young people is still one of the best recipes for success for the FRICKE Group, even after 100 years. In August, a record number of 98 trainees and dual students started their professional careers at the family-run group. This year, the Apprentice Info Day taking place on September 27nd will once again mark the official start of the beginning of training in 2025. The FRICKE Group invites students to take this opportunity to find out about the diverse apprenticeships offered at the main location. The event will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the ground floor of the FRICKE Campus, Zum Kreuzkamp 7 in Heeslingen.
More than Agricultural Technology
FRICKE is one of the largest training companies in the agricultural technology industry in Germany. However, the trading company not only offers varied apprenticeships to prospective agricultural and construction machinery mechatronic engineers or agricultural managers. The offer includes apprenticeships from wholesale and foreign trade management to metal workers and IT specialists as well as dual study programmes such as industrial engineering and e-commerce.
At the Apprentice Info Day on September 27nd, current and former trainees, team leaders and workshop foremen will give a first-hand insight into all six dual study programmes and twelve apprenticeships in the FRICKE Group. In addition, a company tour provides an exciting look behind the scenes at the headquarters in Heeslingen.
With the application portfolio check, the students also receive valuable tips from professionals for their application at the Apprentice Info Day. The FRICKE Group also reserves the right to give priority to all applications from participants on the Apprentice Info Day. The visit is worth it in several ways.
